Permit Handling
We prepare and submit all permit applications to King County or SDCI on your behalf. Most permits take 3–8 weeks.
Build
Our crew works Monday–Saturday with daily site cleanup. Most projects complete in 1–2 weeks after permit approval.
Final Walkthrough
We walk every inch with you, address any snags on the spot, and close out the permit. You get the as-built drawings.
